write earning journals. The journal is used to support the development of your ability to reflect on and analyze your learning. In developing a journal entry, focus on the question “what have I learned about leadership?” Then try to make connections along three headings (which are the themes for each section): TEXT TO SELF, TEXT TO TEXT, AND TEXT TO WORLD. It should be at least 3 pages in APA format, with a cover page and reference page (not a part of the page count). Note: make sure to cite items and include them in your references at the end of the journal. However, it’s ok to mention authors and ideas without giving specific citations if you are just drawing from your own knowledge or impressions of what that person has said. In other words, You are allowed to mention people and ideas that might not be easily referenced, like “my principal always says” or “my impression from administrators has been” or even “my Dad once said” – in formal research writing you cannot do that, but I want you to feel free to include these kinds of references in your learning. However, when referencing our texts or specific articles, please reference them. Text to self: How has what you read affect your personal/ professional life? Text to text: How has what you read align or not align with other textbooks/articles/etc. you have been exposed to? Text to world: How has what you read related to the organization, community, world that you live in?
again, Divide the reflection to:
1- Text to Text ( reading text with direct citations) ,
2- Text to self ( example from the personal life that you can connected from your reading)
3- Text to life (examples from the world that reflect your reading)
-Text to text it has to be APA format. Others it is OK to use the first person.
– Critique the reading.

What we suppose to focus in this paper :Introducing The Strategic Leader Methodology: Trust the Process
The challenge all leaders face is: How do you get everyone to think in terms of “Us”
— we’re all on the same team
— rather than thinking of colleagues in other disciplines or grade levels as “Them”? So what should leaders do?
In this session, we introduce the Strategic Leadership Methodology (SLM) and the philosophy and strategies that support it. In coming weeks, we teach you how to use the SLM to find the future that lights the path for your organization’s development. In later modules we teach you how to make it happen. SLM is a process oriented change strategy that uses two tactics (light the way and run to daylight) to Find the Future and Make it Happen.
In this session, we first develop an understanding of strategy and then note the differences between strategic planning and strategic thinking as organizational tools. Then, we focus on how to use a strategic thinking methodology to create a shared reality. Our premise is that Strategy is a process that results in a dominant logic that guides leader and organization activities for a period of time. There are several ways to create this dominant logic most notably: strategic planning and strategic thinking, which are methods to identify the destination and ways to get there. We created the SLM process on strategic thinking principles bases on the emergent and learning organizations.
