Given this knowledge, it is time to see if you can go out and find it!As the sayings go, “seeing is believing” and “a picture is worth a thousand words!” In this sense, this week you are asked to spend some time observing a great leader – one you want to emulate and who you feel exemplifies qualities if high performance alongside a socially-just values system.You are asked to spend a few minutes observing your leader a few times, either formally or informally, throughout the week. You don’t have to share that you are observing the leader, but if you would like to let them know, that is fine. A few minutes is all you need to observe if you are actively watching what is going on. Each time you observe your leader, take time to reflect upon and write down what you noticed.
