In an ethical dilemma, the decision-maker is in a situation where they have to apply their ethics knowledge and theories to make the best decision which suits the business and the particular situation in which they find themselves. Overall, ethical decisions need the decision-maker to adapt to the organization’s core values and make decisions based on the best information that is available for them. While ethics may include following the regulations and codes available for a particular organization, it is more than just observing the law but maintaining the best actions which may be seen as right and bringing benefit to the organization. ment, we chose to deal with team formation, especially in the beginning of a business venture. Different people have different abilities and when forming the teams necessary for the organization of work and tasks, an ethical dilemma may arise. Essentially, for a new business, the dilemma arises due to the lack of former teams and the experience to deal with particular people in the organization. As entrepreneurs, there is the need for achieving a profit while ensuring that ethical procedures are adopted for dealing with employees, stakeholders, and even the customers as well. Two main issues arise in this team-formation experience. First are the inclusion criteria of members of the team. Here, the selection of particular people and negotiating the position with others come up. Secondly, some issues may come up with recruitment whereby dealing with some people may be hard, the roles of founders may also be challenging, and agreement on the best criteria for recruiting may also form a challenge………….APA 2033 words
