According to instructions it says ΒThis section will focus on theories relevant to your health issue and target audience (500-750 words). You should discuss at least two theories, taken from readings in this course. Because of the number of theories covered in class, however, it will be necessary for you to provide additional research on these theories outside of classroom notes and texts. At the same time, your paper should clearly indicate that you have read, understood, and are able to critically analyze and discuss the readings and other course materials.

Β A reference list of at least 5 peer-reviewed and any other sources used in the paper
I will not include exact number of sources needed, but I would need at least 5.
One example paper will be uploaded as well. Also, two pdf file includes some theories that I learned from the class. One other theory that was not included is Elaboration Likelihood Model. You can certainly use that as well.
